Great and Easy Experience Everything went smoothly, even with the new COVID-19 precautions. Very glad to see they limited face to face time and were wearing masks. With all that they still explained everything well and answered all my questions.

The reason my review is poor is because of the customer service of one sales manager working at 10:15 am on the 30th of April. In attempts to review the specifics of our payments and options with pro-rating, she was noticeably annoyed, and upon asking to talk with someone else and asking for her name she hung up. I'm now left without an answer to my question and annoyed

Tiffany at the Kangaroo drive location was helpful but the site didn't have what I needed that day; however, she was able to refer me to another location nearby that had exactly what I needed. She called ahead for me to the N. Duke St location and when I arrived there Kendra was waiting for me. She walked me over and showed me a unit and we were able to complete the transaction efficiently. It was a very difficult day for me and both Tiffany and Kendra were so kind, it made the difficult day a little easier being able to get one thing checked off my list.

Had an 11:00 appointment for move in but was running late. I called to change it to 11:30, and there was no problem. When we finally got there, Sherita greeted us very warmly and told us all about what we would be signing up for (we did the online registration the day before, but it was still nice to get more info in person). The space was perfect for our needs and an excellent value.

I had to rent a storage unit due to the fact that my Apartment building caught fire on Sunday, March 12,2017. Since I had to pay out of pocket it was a big expense.I went online first and it stated a 15% discount. I didn't get that when i went in and did all the Paperwork. The Unit sits on a Hill which is very difficult to get to. The young Lady" Allegra " at the desk is very Sweet and Professional.She was a big help on the codes, hours,explaining the paperwork,etc. Having been and still displaced from my Home and disabled I could really use the Discount as stated. I am disappointed in that.

I value excellent customer service. I look for it in every business in which I do business and every interaction whether on the phone or in person. I must say Judy exemplify great customer service. She was very accommodating and knows her job. She had me in and out and ensured that I had what I need to meet my storage need. If you have not already go and visit this Public Storage. She can also handle that golf cart. Wow!!!

I would recommend Public Storage if you ever have to store something long or short term
